Motorcycle Turn SignalŪ Mirrors by MUTH

Every year there are over 300,000 lane-changing and merging traffic accidents. Over 700 of these accidents result in fatalities. Signal mirrors are positioned at the eye level of adjacent drivers making them more noticeable than conventional tail lights.

With the increased popularity of taller vehicles, i.e. SUV's, trucks, and mini-vans, a motorcycle has a greater probability of becoming "hidden" by these larger vehicles. The high intensity light from the Signal mirrors may be the only visible indicator to drivers two or three cars back.

Signal mirrors use LED lamps which illuminate 1/5 of a second faster than conventional incandescent tail lights. This provides drivers in the "blind spot" of the Signal mirror equipped vehicle an additional 17 feet of reaction distance when traveling at 65 m.p.h. Thus, unlike other accessories that soften an accident, Signal mirrors actually may help prevent one.

Driving safely gets attention with lighted exterior rearview Motorcycle SignalŪ mirrors by Muth Mirror Systems. Flashing LED chevrons alert drivers in your blind spot of your intention to turn or change lanes. This allows you plenty of time to reduce the chance of an accident. Forward-facing running lights increase visibility to oncoming traffic as well. A great custom addition to any bike or hot-rod! Order your pair today.

Kit includes six feet of wiring for each mirror.

Motorcycle Turn SignalŪ Mirrors by MUTH

MSRP $399.00

Features
SignalŪ mirrors use high-intensity LED lamps to turn ordinary exterior rearview mirrors into safety features that command attention. When a turn signal is activated, a flashing chevron < appears in the corresponding side mirror to alert drivers in the "blind spot" of your intentions. When emergency hazard flashers are used, both mirrors flash warning signals. The mirrors function as conventional rearview mirrors when the signals or hazards are not activated.

While surrounding drivers see a bright, attention-getting display, the driver of the vehicle equipped with SignalŪ mirrors sees only a subtle tell-tale display - a reminder the mirror is activated.
